Miguel Soto

SOTO, Miguel, 54 of West Palm Beach, died peacefully at his home on January 6th, 2019, after fighting a 22 month battle with Glioblastoma. He was born in Raleigh, NC to Maria and Escolastico Soto of Spain. After spending many years in Venezuela, he moved back to the States in 1989. Miguel was a loving and caring man who made a great impact on countless lives. People were charmed by his smile, sense of humor and boundless energy. He worked hard to achieve his dreams and lived life at its fullest. Most weekends he was on his boat or driving around in sport cars.

Miguel was married for more than 31 years to the love of his life Olga, with whom he had two children, Jose Miguel and Gabriella. His family grew with his daughter in law Preetinder and his grandson Maksim. He is also survived by his brother Alfonso; sisters Patricia, Carmen and Zenaida; sisters in law Carmen and Beatriz; brother in law Michael; stepmother Zenaida; in laws Felipe and Olga; nieces Patricia, Veronica and Kristen; nephews Miguel Angel, Kyle, Kristian, Kallen and Vincent; cousins Valentina, Victor, Otello, Iria, Rosanna, Deli, Toni, Carmina, Manola and Fini; also by many wonderful friends.

Friends may visit with the family between the hours of 2:00 to 4:00PM on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at QUATTLEBAUM FUNERAL, CREMATION & EVENT CENTER at HILLCREST. A Celebration of His Life will be held at 4:00 PM.

He was a unique and extraordinary human being who will be missed by anyone that had the pleasure of having him in their lives.
