A Time To Live
McArthur attended school in Georgetown. He worked as a postal delivery truck driver. He was joined in Holy Matrimony with his current wife of 19 years, Teresa Bussey.
A Time To Serve
McArthur was a member of Mt. Gilead Missionary Baptist Church. He was a Trustee, and actually sang in the choir. McArthur remained faithful until his health became impaired.
A Time To Die
On Friday, January 28, 2022, McArthur Bussey passed into eternal rest.
A Time To Mourn
Mr. McArthur Bussey leaves to cherish sweet and precious memories for his loving wife, Teresa Bussey; four sons: Jelvin Hazelwood, Calvin Bussey, McArthur Bussey Jr., and Everett Parker (Chuckie); stepdaughter Lindsay (Stephen) Somerset; stepson Ryan; one brother: William (Carrie) Bussey; two sisters: Irean Acres, Laura Brinson; brother-in-law Lawrence, sister-in-law Ernestine; best friend Steve Jefferson, good buddies Sam & Willie, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, grandchildren, nieces and nephews that love him dearly.
McArthur was preceded in death by his parents Nemi and Annie Bell Bussey; and siblings Harvis Bussey, Roosevelt Bussey, Alfretta Granger, Ruth Kellum, and Mary Allen.
A funeral service for McArthur will be held Thursday, February 3, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Royal Palm Funeral Home, 5601 Greenwood Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33407, followed by a visiation from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
