97 years old, of West Palm Beach, FL, died Tuesday, August 7, 2018. Marie was a longtime resident of Century Village and then Lourdes-Noreen McKeen Pavilion. She enjoyed a long career as an accountant, especially in the areas of taxation and investing. Marie maintained a strong association with the Catholic Church and a commitment to Mary Immaculate Church and the Diocese of Palm Beach. Her passion for Catholic education was illustrated by her financial support for the youth of the diocese and for men seeking priestly formation. Along with her siblings, she also shared a deep concern for senior citizens, providing financial support for senior housing, meals and social activity.
Marie was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Rose Skaff and her siblings, James, Louis, William, Sarah, Alfred and Philip.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated for Marie at 10:30 AM on Friday, August 10, 2018 at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, West Palm Beach. Entombment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery, Royal Palm Beach, FL.
