Mrs. Margaret H. Boise

Margaret Boise went home to sing in the heavenly choirs on September 7, 2010. Margaret was a native New Yorker who was raised in Nyack. She moved to Florida in the early thirties. Her beloved husband of 70 years, John (Jack) Boise was saving her a seat in the choir.

Margaret was a devoted and very active member of Wagg Memorial Methodist Church. She was presented with a life membership in the Methodist Women’s Society of Christian Service. She was a soloist in the church choir and served on many committees.

In later years, Margaret divided her time between North Carolina and Florida. She was an award winning member of the Ceramic Guild of Durham, NC. She loved working in the church in North Carolina as well as here.

She was a member of the service sorority, Beta Sigma Phi and was chosen Girl of the Year by her chapter. In 1995 at the age of 81, Margaret accomplished a life goal by receiving her high school diploma. Margaret was a kind, compassionate lady who will be missed by her friends and family.

She leaves behind her brother, Peter Walter Knoll, two daughters, Linda Hardy (Chuck), Sherry Miller (Stewart); three grandchildren, Debra Little John (Blair), John Hardy (Nicole), and Jennifer Miller; and three great granddaughters.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 6:00PM, Monday, September 13, 2010 at Mizell-Faville-Zern Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 6411 Parker Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 33405. Friends may pay their respects to the family from 5:00PM – 6:00PM at the funeral home on Monday.
