JoAnn Mary (Kanze) Richards of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away peacefully on June 11, 2020. She was born on June 20, 1937 in Salem, MA to George and Anna M. Kanze and graduated Salem High School, Class of 1954.
Although she struggled for over fifty years with devastating illness, her love and caring for her family remained her focus. The most important thing to her was her family and her role as wife, mother and grandmother.
She leaves her loving husband of 62 years Bernard H. Richards, son William Richards and spouse Gary McBournie (daughter Hayley and wife Cristin and daughter Paige and fiancé Kevin), son Steven Richards and wife Christy (daughters Julia, Caroline, and Olivia), grand-daughter Katherine Robert and husband Christopher (daughters Madelyn, Norah, and Charlotte), grand-daughter Allison Degon and husband Ryan, brother-in-law Alfred Richards and wife Linda (Evan and Tara) and many friends from the North Shore and other places where she lived.
JoAnn was preceded by her beloved daughter Janice.
