Jeffrey B Faivus

Faivus, Jeffrey Bruce, 80 years old, of West Palm Beach, Florida died Thursday, September 30, 2021. Jeffrey was born and raised in Huntington, New York as the son of Aaron Faivus and Pearl Flescher Faivus. Jeffrey Faivus was a graduate of Ohio State University and obtained his doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, Class of 1965. Jeffrey was drafted into active duty in the United States Army in 1966 where he served as a Captain. He then began his career as a veterinarian in New York and later opened his own private practice in Palm Beach, Florida. During that time, Jeffrey married Anne Schiff Faivus on May 16, 1971 and raised two wonderful children. He was active in the community and was a Founding Member as well as the second President of the Temple Judea. Jeffrey retired in 2010 to enjoy time with his family. He is survived by his son, Scott Faivus (Danielle); his daughter, Rebekah Faivus (Thomas McCabe); his grandchildren, Ryder and Ava; Laurie, Sarah and Jonathan (Chane), Jacqui (May), Michael and Pamela (Faivus) and numerous other nieces, nephews and family members. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, October 4, 2021 at QUATTLEBAUM FUNERAL, CREMATION & EVENT CENTER at HILLCREST, 6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, with Zoom service also available at https://youtu.be/1TrLr-6tpuU.
