Bob Drawdy, aged 74 of Loxahatchee, Florida passed away on October 9, 2019, at his home after a short battle with colon cancer.
Born on April 14, 1945, as the youngest son of Henry and Korea Drawdy. Bob was married to his lifelong love, high school sweetheart, Terry Ann for nearly 55 years. They had three children that Bob was so proud of, Stacy Pedersen (Paul), Tammy Davis (Ed) and Jim Bob Drawdy. Then came six grandchildren, which brought so much joy. Cody Davis, Mackenzie (Davis) Thompson, Jessica Drawdy, Paige Pedersen, Justin Drawdy and Mandy Pedersen. May 2019 brought another wonderful gift when Bob got to hold his first great grandchild, Kenzie Ann Thompson.
Bob lived his whole life in Palm Beach County. He built his life, his family, and many friendships. In 1979, he founded Drawdy Construction Company. In 1981, he was joined by his father and two brothers. For over 38 years Bob built many bridges, marinas and seawall throughout South Florida until his retirement 3 years ago.
If you knew Bob you know he spent a big portion of his life hunting, fishing and camping. You may have come to a barbeque or two.
