Helen was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1933 to Dan and Helen Reardon, and attended Barat College and the University of Wisconsin.
She is predeceased by her husband, Edward Lewis; two sisters; and her grandson, Logan Lewis.
Married in 1953, Helen and Ed had six children, Sharon Lewis (Pete), Megan Daly (Dan), Michael Lewis, Timothy Lewis (Eileen), Sean Lewis, and Julia West (Andrej); and were blessed with 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Junior League; and spent many years as a volunteer and Board Member at St. Mary’s Hospital, Gratitude House and Crisis Line, now 211. In 1999, Helen was named Volunteer of the Year for Palm Beach County.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at St. Juliana Catholic Church, West Palm Beach, FL with the interment to follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Gratitude House, St. Juliana Catholic School, or Cardinal Newman High School.
