Heath Thomas, a cherished pillar of love and strength, passed away suddenly on April 22, 2024. Heath was a devoted husband to Gia, he was the guiding light and steadfast partner in their journey through life. As a father to Dusty, Dillon, Geoffrey, Jacob, and Courtney, Heath instilled values of kindness, generosity, love and respect. His legacy continues through his grandchildren, Benjamin, Olivia, TJ, and Layla, who will remember him for his playful spirit and boundless affection. We will miss you Pappy T.[
Born in Cleburne, TX to Adrianne and Jerald Thomas, Heath was a beacon of joy and support in his family. He shared an unbreakable bond with his siblings, Lee, Leslie, and Leisa, filled with moments of laughter and mutual respect. He was a devoted son-in-law to Tony and Joyce. Heath was an amazing father-in-law to Rachel and JD. As a brother-in-law to Curtis, Denise, Lisa, Sonia, Kim, Rita, Dee Dee, George, Anthony, and Grace. Heath's warmth and generosity knew no bounds. As an uncle Heath provided great support to Jessica and Britney. Heath is the heart beat of our family and will be greatly missed.
Heath's life was a testament to the power of love and the importance of family. His absence leaves a void that can never be filled, but his memory will forever be a source of comfort and inspiration. We celebrate his life, honor his contributions, and cherish the memories he has left behind.
Heath worked for The School District of Palm Beach County for 35 years as an ADA Coordinator, Facility Maintenance Coordinator, Senior Electrician and Inspector. He was a certified State of Florida Electrical Inspector. He was also a certified Fire Safety Inspector from Florida State College. He loved working with his team and was a dedicated leader to them.
A service to celebrate Heath's life at Quattlebaum Funeral Cremation and Event Center located at 5411 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach. The celebration of life and viewing is on May 4, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
