The world has lost a great soul! He will always be remembered for his great smile and lovely disposition. he has been like another nephew to our family for many years and we loved him dearly. My heart cries for our loss.  blessings on Jen, Jacob and Jessica.

Dear Jennifer, Jacob, Jessica, Susan, Wayne, Kevin, Juliana, Braiden and our extended families.   The sorrow of losing such a bright light is difficult to comprehend.  So many beautiful comments and memories shared are testimony to the person Gerry was.  His smile is mentioned so many times: and it started as an infant.  I can not recall him not smiling or being to shy to hug Uncle Mark.   We do take time for granted.  Time, getting on with life and distance diminished opportunities for shared moments, but never diminished the common bond of love that all family share.   We do not pretend to understand why Gerry had to leave at this time.  Tracey and I try to lift the sadness, by believing Gerry is at peace and when he arrived at his final destination, he was met by God, his grandparents and maybe our sweet Gunner is running by his side.

Simply the best husband I could ever ask for for my sister!!She would tell me how excited she was to go home to him every day (what a legacy!)The best father for my nephew and niece I could ever ask for! And most definitely the best Uncle to Forbes, Anna and Oaklyn I could ever pray for.  Hand picked all their Christmas and birthday gifts and would personally drop them off in person and spend time with them. 
Things will never be the same, but Gerry’s faith was no doubt in Christ and not in this world! I love and miss you Gerry so much! Thank you:)

I am so sad that Gerry left us so soon. Anyone who knew him knew his kindness and his big heart. My memories of Gerry go way way back. He was a part of our family and not just my nephew's best friend but part of the extended family  Gerry and Jen were always included in our family functions. I remember what a couple of jokesters he and Ron were together. One of my fondest memories was the hot tub in the middle of February at my house drinking champagne and eating strawberries .There were so many of us in there  because the hot tub was huge . It was a night to remember. That and so many others. Gerry  rest well in his arms . In the words of my retired minister. Well done servant well done! To all of Gerry's family I pray for God's peace and love to be wrapped around you at this very sorrowful time. Words cannot express how I feel for all of you and the pain that you are experiencing.
