    I miss you! I couldn’t let this day go bye without talking to you. I see you got your niece (Cathead) my cousin Mone up there with you. I’m going to miss y’all , my family that’s up in heaven terribly.  I’m so sad that half of my family is up in heaven, when we need all of y’all down here with us!   Take care of Mone ok.

My sister Di Annie, you are missed so much. When a memory would pop up about something that happened in the family, I don't have someone older too asked. I'm a little lonely when it comes to family matters that only and older sibling would know.  I'm the big sister now.

Auntie Di annie, you were always a strong woman to look up too.  I remember growing up and momma would tell me and William we would be going to your house. I always was happy and upset about it. I was happy because you always was cooking something. I loved it when it was deep fried seafood. I was a big boy and loved to eat. I was upset about going over because I knew we couldn't play videogames. We couldn't go outside and play with our friends. All we could do is stay in the house with the ladies. During those times, as young kid, you always told me the importance of being a man. Being respectful to my mom and respectful to other adults especially women. I still carry those values with me today. I remember the last time you came by to see momma a few weeks back. I had just got out of work and saw you talking with momma. I debated on coming outside because I was so tired but something hit me. Something told me to get up and see Auntie Di annie, it's been a while. I was so happy to see you then. You had Emmanuel with you and told him to shake my hand. Then you told  him that's how a man shakes hands. At that moment it hit me that you were teaching him those same values you taught me all those years. I love you Auntie Di annie.

My big sister Diney: I miss you so much. Being the middle child, I always had my two older sisters for protection and support. I know your words stung a little at times but, I know deeply they were filled with love, grace, gratitude, and kindness. You were there for us when Momma needed help taking care of us. Growing up I remember when I wanted curls in my hair for Sunday morning service. You would have that Royal Crown hair grease ready to straighten my hair. I would sit there as you brushed and parted my hair. I would cut open brown paper bags in strips and twist them up so you could roll my hair in them and tie them in a knot. You would tap me on the shoulder when you needed to twist the hair. That was our hair rollers back in those days. You named Tamara, my first born child. A few weeks back, I prayed to the Lord that I had not seen you in a while and sure enough you came by that same day. I thank my Lord and Savior for blessing me to see my sister. You loved your daughters so much! Your grandchildren brought you great joy. You never had a boy but the Lord blessed Candace with the boy you always wanted. Missing you so much. Love you always and forever, Rene.

As I write this  with tears in my eyes is so hard to  write the last time I saw you was when we was in Georgia setting at the table talking and you told me that you could wait to see lil man because it had not a no babies in the family in a while and right now I am in disbelieve that I’m writing a memory for you I know we did not talk all the time but I love you Auntie Dianna always in my heart until we see again Auntie Dianna

My condolences to the family of Dianni Hendrix.  I attended 
Roosevelt Jr.-Sr. High School with Dianni many years ago; later we found ourselves working for the same agency.  Dianni was a very kind, down to earth person.  She loved her girls, and throughout the years we shared many stories about our kids.

I sit here in disbelief& with sorrow and loss of words. Never would’ve imagine this.!
Auntie Diney! I’m going to miss you sooo much!! I remember being pregnant with Brandon induced labor and you was there with me until my mom ,your sister got there! You was a very funny Aunt!You made me laugh a lot.  I remember you paying me to take some castor oil and not throw it up( that taste like motor oil).
But I took some and you gave me the money and a slice of orange.!! But I have a lot of memories of you that will last my lifetime. I will never forget you. You will forever live in my ❤️. This right here is a very hard pill to swallow.😢😢 .
You r in good hands right now. We need you, here with us, but Jesus needed you more!!
