LYNE, John (Jack) - Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on Monday, April 30, 2012 at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Kate (née McCarthy). Wonderful father to John (Denise), Carol (Ian), Linda (Dave) and Diana (Sam). Awesome ganga (grandfather) to Michael (Rochelle), Lindsay, Chantelle, Alyssa, Shane, Eric, Jordan, Jake, Alanna, Daniel. John was predeceased by his brother and best friend Chris and his great-grandchild Brooklyn. He is survived by his loving sister Kathleen and his sister-in-law Catherine. He will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. Family and friends may visit at Giffen-Mack "Scarborough" Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 4115 Lawrence Ave. E., West Hill, 416-281-6800, on Friday, May 4, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial to be held in St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment Pine Ridge Memorial Gardens.
