Brenda Butt & I pass on our condolences to the WEST family at this sad time. Frank was a very proud Veteran and was also a member of The Queen's Own Rifles of Canada Association. We certainly enjoyed his company on our trip to Holland for the 65th Anniversary of VE Day.
He will be dearly missed !! A great guy.
