It is with great sadness that the family of Elizabeth Betty Downing announces her passing on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at the age of 94 years.
Elizabeth will be lovingly remembered by her husband William, and her son’s Allan (Elaine) and David (Anne). She will also be forever remembered by her grandchildren, Erik (Sarah), Kyle (Jaquelyn), Kellie and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Jade and the one on the way. She will be missed by her brother’s Alec and Richard (Nessie), sister Margaret, Along with nieces Norma (Leo) and Brenda (David).
