It has been a year since you passed and went home to be with the Lord, Brenda, and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of you.  You were such a friendly person and a wonderful Christian. When I see Barney out for his walk with your mom and Leslie, I can see you. I miss our talks.

Brenda's commitment and enthusiasm for the life changing ministry of Operation Christmas Child was contagious. She loved to talk about her distribution trip to Mexico and to give helpful hints on how to make a good gift filled shoebox. Her warm smile to all she greeted at our collection centre in Scarborough will be greatly missed, but not forgotten.

My condolenses to Brenda's family and friends. I met  Brenda several times - always in November when we both  volunteered  at the  "Operation Christmas Child " Collection Center in Scarborough and  at our yearly  September Kick -off event!    She was an avid supporter of  this  Christian ministry- helping to organize  the  children's gift boxes at her church as well as helping at the collection center.   Her trip to  distibute these gift boxes-(I think it was to Mexico)  was an experience she shared with me.   Brenda was an inspiration to me.

Brenda will be deeply missed, can not believe she has gone on. Will miss her on campaign trails.

Brenda & I worked together both at HQ & 33 Div, she relieved me at shift change on the days we were both working.  I've known her a very long time, since 1981.
Brenda was an amazing person, always giving of herself, she had a kind heart, and found the good in people. My eldest son is named Cameron after she confided that her favourite name for a boy would be Cameron, I loved the name & we still joked about my stealing the name from her.  I am going to miss my old friend, RIP Brenda.
