She was a lifelong resident of the Cape who loved the beach and gardening.
Elaine was a 1965 graduate of Nauset High School. She worked for many years as a receptionist and bookkeeper for Don’s auto body shop in Brewster as well as the Christmas Tree Shop in Orleans.
Elaine is pre-deceased by her parents Louis and Catherine Morea of Yarmouthport, a brother, Dexter Ellis of Harwich and a niece, Sarah Collins.
She leaves behind four children: daughters, Paige Ellis and Wendy Cordiero both of Massachusetts and sons, Ryan Ellis of New Jersey and Adam Cordiero of Massachusetts along with 12 grandchildren. In addition, she leaves behind a sister, Linda Williams of Massachusetts and two brothers, Lloyd Ellis of Massachusetts and Wayne Morea of Illinois along with seven nieces and nephews.
There will be a private Celebration of Life and spreading of ashes on June 22, 2024.
Donations in her memory may be given to the Alzheimer’s Association.
