Taylor was born on October 30, 1988 in Des Moines Iowa, to Randy and Kimberly Rhiner (Robertson). He grew up and remained in the local Valley Junction area. Taylor was very sociable and always sought after and reliable for honest conversation at a party. He enjoyed watching wrestling, playing disc golf, and attending concerts. He enjoyed all music from Country to Ska and most recently attended the Dirty Heads concert where he added new friends and met with several other close friends.
His dream vehicle was a woody paneled Jeep Wagoneer which he was finally able to own. He didn’t have an interest in complicating things and was satisfied with “simple” even if that was steak and pickles for dinner! Taylor made his own path during life and was un-influenced by normal culture, often finding ways to be more rebellious just to show that was ok too. He was unscathed by doubt and trusted his intuition that his plans were going to work out. He enjoyed his “Ink Therapy” and always looked forward to a new tattoo, working his way piece by piece to a full sleeve.
Taylor is survived by his parents, Randy Rhiner and Kimberly Rhiner (Robertson); his twin sister Tara (Aaron) Alexander, brothers, Travis Rhiner, Tanner Rhiner, and Troy Rhiner (Kelly Boettcher); six nephews and three nieces, along with many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Richard “PoPo” Rhiner and Leilani Rhiner, and maternal grandparents, Harold and Mary Anne Roberston.
