Jackie Schwartztrauber, 75, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2014 at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at McLaren’s Chapel with burial at Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines.
Jackie was born in Des Moines, Iowa the daughter of Joe and Stella Fisher and was a lifelong resident. Jackie loved camping, spending time with her friends and family, especially spoiling her grandkids.
She is survived by her daughter, Deb Killian of Urbandale; two grandchildren, Shawn (Bridget) Green of Des Moines and Victoria Killian of Urbandale; three great-grandchildren, Mercedes, Myles and Maverick Green of Des Moines. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul; daughter, Pamela Schwartztrauber; brother, Jim Fisher and sister, Beverly Fisher.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at McLaren’s Chapel. Memorial contributions may be directed to Jackie’s family.
