Betty J. Young Franklin Ingham, 84, of Altoona and formerly of Des Moines died Saturday at Altoona Nursing and Rehab Center. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at McLaren’s Chapel in West Des Moines with private burial at Resthaven Cemetery.
