Rafael is survived by his wife, Salvacion; his sister Melanie, his brother Francisco Jr and his sister Blesilda. he is also survived by many nieces and nephews; extended family members and friends.

A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 344 W Workman St, Covina, CA 91723.
