I am reading this in june 2024. I was thinking back on my older pets,  2 of whom she helped through cancer. Wonderimg if she was still practicing. Thankfully she gave us tools to  know when it was time for them to say good bye here on earth. I have a girl now diagnosed with mamary carcinoma.  Such a wonderful gift. I have passed on what she told us multiple times. Simple ways to judge such an emotional decision 
She was a wonderful  woman as well as a great vet. I was blessed to know her. And thankful our paths crossed.

My deepest condolences to Valerie and her family during this difficult time. May you have a strong heart and find peace with the beautiful memories you had with your Mom.

My deepest apologies for the family.  I had the pleasure of meeting Alice four-years ago.  Her Elementary school was the connection between us..  I currently work there  at the school she attended when she was a child.   Alice came by to visit  the school  and we had very  nice conversations and  we kept in touch since then. Such a lovely lady, May you rest in peace 🙏

Dearest Valerie,
I am sending you my love & prayers at the sudden loss of your mother. I lost my father suddenly when I was 23 years old and will keep you in my prayers. Your mom was a very special light of love, kindness, faith, humility  in this world. She had the gift to make her friends feel loved & inspired to be a better version of themselves.
Alice touched me deeply and I fell in love with your family. Your friendship & playtime with Tommy are treasured family memories. May her love for you be a comfort to you. All my love, Aida & Tom Sandoval.

We are saddened by the loss of Alice. Your family has always been loved by Tom and I. Alice took care of Denise & Tom Jr after school. 
Tom & I were involved in the Music Machine plays at St Joseph. We admired Alice’s creativity, humility and kindness. Her faith and love for her family, her faith community & friends was a blessing to all who knew Alice. 
I met Alice when I joined the Sunday Religious Education preschool program & became her replacement after Peter was born. 
Years later I would become an Eucharistic Minister at St Joseph. 🙏🏽♥️

Alice was my sister-in-law's sister.  I always felt she was part of my family since I had known her for so long.
She was a bright light, kind, understanding and so easy to talk to.
