Victor Manuel Cespedes Montalvo, age 70, of Hidalgo, Texas passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Victor was born on June 20, 1953 in Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas Mexico to Frumencio Cespedes and Josefina Montalvo.
Victor worked as a police officer in Monterrey Mexico, migrated to the United States in 1994. He worked all his life and retired 3 years ago. He will be greatly missed by his 4 children and 9 grandchildren and will forever live in our hearts.
Victor is survived by his children Victor M. Cespedes Jr., Alicia A. Flores, Alejandro Cespedes and Victoria Muñoz and 9 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 1, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a Chapel Service at 1:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland, 6705 N. FM 88, Weslaco, Texas 78599.
