Ruben is survived by his parents: Alcira Webber- Wymer, Lorenzo de la Rosa Jr and sisters: Lillie (Julian) Luna, Monica (Dennis) Nunez and Michelle (Jaime) Guerra. Ruben was uncle to five nieces, five nephews and four great-nephews and nieces.
Ruben was born on March 14, 1978 in Weslaco, Texas. He attended Mercedes High School. He later earned his cosmetology certification along with his certification as a nurse technician.
Ruben enjoyed spending time at the beach, grilling, gardening, cooking and spending time with his loving mother and family. He enjoyed traveling and visiting his uncles Rey, Rolando and Ramiro Webber. Ruben was a spiritual son who would pray regularly. He will be greatly missed.
Memorial Services for Ruben will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 from 8 am to 10 am with a funeral service at 10 am at Funeraria del Angel Highland in Weslaco. Placement of Ashes will follow at 11 am at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Funeraria del Angel Highland of Weslaco.
