Raul Velasquez Sr., age 89, of Weslaco, Texas passed away on Wednesday January 9, 2019. Raul was born April 20, 1929.

Raul is survived by his wife, Elva Velasquez; son Gustavo Velasquez (Beatriz); and daughter Dora Alicia Velasquez and his 6 grandchildren.

Raul was preceded in death by his son Raul Velasquez Jr..

Visitation Services for Raul will be held Friday, January 11, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Highland Memorial Park with a Rosary at 7:00 PM. A Mass will be held Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 12:00 PM at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Weslaco, TX, followed with the interment at Highland Memorial Park, Weslaco, TX.
