Ramon Rivera III

It is with deep love and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ramon Rivera III, a loving husband, a devoted father, beloved brother, devoted son and cherished friend, who departed this life far too soon.

Ramon’s life was a beautiful reflection of passion, purpose, and compassion. A brilliant mind with a heart to match, he found his calling in computer programming and repair, a craft he turned into a successful business built on hard work, integrity, and a genuine desire to help others. Whether fixing a neighbor’s computer or guiding a friend through a tech challenge, Ramon’s talents were matched only by his generosity.

Above all, Ramon was a devoted father, and nothing brought him more joy than spending time with his children: Ramon Rivera IV, Michelle Rivera,Maria Guadalupe Rivera, Jose Manuel Pablo Aguilar and Jesus Gabriel Pablo Aguilar. They were his pride, his strength, and the center of his world.

Ramon’s faith was a cornerstone of his life. He was deeply involved in his church community and found peace and inspiration in reading his Bible. His spiritual devotion was lived out daily through his kindness, humility, and love for those around him.

A lover of music, Ramon had a free spirit and a warm soul. He was always the person who would light up a room, offer a helping hand, or share a word of encouragement. To his family and friends, Ramon was loyal, giving, and unforgettable.

He loved his grandparents dearly and held them close to his heart throughout his life. No matter how busy he was, Ramon always made time to visit them, to sit and talk, to share a laugh or lend a hand. Their wisdom guided him, their stories inspired him, and their love grounded him. The bond they shared was unbreakable, and he never missed a chance to remind them how much they meant to him.

He is survived by his caring wife Gabriela Aguilar Baez, his loving children; his siblings Pablo Rivera (Ashley Rivera), Raquel Cedeno (Erick Cedeno), Jesus Rivera (Brittani Michelle McGuffee), Jose Manuel Pablo Aguilar, and Jesus Gabriel Pablo Aguilar; and his treasured nieces and nephews: Aalyah Rivera, Sofia Rivera, Pablo Rivera Jr., Kaitlyn Cedeno, Erick Cedeno Jr., Elena Cedeno, and Serena Infinity Rae McGuffee, his loving parents Ramon Jr. and Ruth Rivera, and his maternal grandparents Maria R. Caballero and Rodolfo Caballero Sr.

A visitation for Ramon will be held Thursday, April 17, 2025 from 2PM to 9PM with a prayer service at 7PM. A chapel service will be held Friday, April 18, 2025 at 1PM with a burial to follow. All services will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Highland, 6705 N. FM 88, Weslaco, TX 78596.

Ramon’s legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the family he adored, and the love he gave so freely. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
