Majin is survived by his six children: son Jesus Martinez (Irma), daughter Maria M Edwards ( Buddy), daughter Minerba Castillo (Bernardino Sr), son Jose Martinez (Susan), daughter Magdalena Martinez and daughter Leticia Zecca; his 9 Grandchildren and 14 Great-Grandchildren.
Majin is preceded in death by his wife Consuelo Martinez, parents Amador and Rita Martinez, 2 sisters, 1 brother and 2 beloved Grandchildren Bernardino Jr and Aaron Castillo.
Majin was an agricultural laborer who enjoyed going to the shooting range, was a black belt in Karate. He enjoyed building stuff. He would have been a great engineer.
Visitation Services for Majin will be held Sunday, April 19, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a 7:00 pm Rosary at Funeraria Del Angel Highland Funeral Home located at 6705 N FM 88 in Weslaco, Texas. A Chapel Service will be held on Monday, April 20, 2020 at 10:45 AM followed with the Interment at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco, Texas.
Serving as pallbearers are Amauri Zecca, Barney Castillo, Cesar Zecca, Arturo Garza , Gregorio Ayala and Eluterio Zuniga.
