Lee Roy is survived by his beloved wife Amanda G. Saenz, his children Roy Lee (Paige) Saenz, Lisa A. (Tomas) Ledezma, Roland Lee (Tammie Rodriguez) Saenz and Cynthia A. Saenz. Also left to cherish his memory are his 10 grandchildren, Diego, Gia, Adrian, Alejandro, Larissa, Luke, Sarah, Isabella, Lily and Delilah and his brother Eloy Saenz.
Lee Roy is now reunited with his parents Eusevio P. Saenz and Consuelo S. Saenz and his sister Gemma L. Saenz.
He enjoyed life’s simple pleasures, like feeling the breeze, feeding birds in his backyard, and taking leisurely strolls with his dog. A skilled woodworker, he loved restoring old pieces and seeing his creations come to life. He found joy in driving around town, marveling at new buildings and keeping up with the neighborhood. Relaxing moments often involved watching crime shows and staying informed with the latest news. But his greatest joy was family; he cherished Sundays when everyone gathered to eat, sharing stories and proudly talking about his ever-growing family.
A visitation for Lee Roy will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary recited at 7:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland. A chapel service will occur Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 1:00 PM, followed by the interment at 2:00 PM at Highland Memorial Park.
