Jose is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Yolanda Villarreal, his children, Jose Luis Villarreal Jr. (Katrina), Jessica Villarreal, Jennifer V. Cabrera (Luciano) and Jackie Villarreal (Cassie Lugo); his grandchildren, Desiree Villarreal, Jose Luis Villarreal III, Fabian Xander Villarreal, Jayleen Nicole Baldivia, Leah Sunny Baldivia, Daniel Seth Sepulveda, Charlotte Emmarie Cabrera, Jude Alexander Cabrera, Levi Jace Cabrera, Layla Lugo, Julian Lugo and Aliyah Lugo; brothers and sisters, Edward Villarreal, Esmeralda Villarreal, Santos Hernandez, Marisela Medrano, Rodrigo Medrano, Juan Medrano Jr. and Jaime Medrano and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jose was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Sunny Emmarie Baldivia.
A visitation for Jose will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Christ the King Catholic Church, 8254 Valdez Rd. Monte Alto, Texas 78538.
