I remember the little league times when our families would get together more than once a week. Those were the moments I remember Joe!  He is now whith his beautiful wife. 

Our condolences to the family. Joe you will truly be missed @ Richie's Kitchen. Especially on Sunday's when you were always the first customer we would let go sit in the back area. Diana may God give you and your family the strength you all need during this hard time. We love you all. 

I'm lost for words to express .Joe was an awsome friend I will truly miss your pep talks as you will always stop at HEB. Every Sunday after your visit with Belia .My condolences to the Casas family. Know my friend you are rejoicing with your beautiful wife Belia walking the streets of gold RIP beautiful soul .

I am blessed to have had the privilege to work with Delia and Joe at Pharr #208. They were a couple to admire. They were both very hard workers and you could truly see the love they had for one another.  Joe was always hustling in receiving while Delia and the rest of us handled the Bookkeeping-Buisness Center up front. I miss the way she would call me "loca" when I made her laugh and her famous chocolate peppermint cake that she once dropped on the way to our Christmas gathering. 
 I know Joe was devastated at the loss of Delia, and it gives me peace to know that he has been reunited with his love once again.  I will forever hold both of them in my hearts forever and in the memory of our Pharr #208 family. My condolences to the entire family during this difficult time.

I love how your dad loved your mom.  His eyes and whole face glowed when he was talking to her.  His focus was always her and his family.  You were a chiflada with both of them. You were always  getting loved on and spoiled..  What a beautiful blessing to have had them.  That love they shared with you will sustain you even after time has passed.  When you absolutely need them, bring up your memoties or close your eyes until you can hear their voices again.  They’ll also come visit you in your dreams.  Keep your faith and honor God because that’s our only sure way of being reunited with our parents one fine day. I love you.  Thank you so much for sharing them with me.  You’re not alone; I am here with you. God bless you!  

Joe Joe, as I called your beautiful soul; I sit here in between of disbelief bcuz you seemed to be such a healthy man BUT not really surprised bcuz I bet losing your love Delia not to long ago, must of hit you very hard. I can only imagine you trying to stay afloat and strong for your children but I bet the pain was just to much for your heart to handle. If anything or any words could simply ease your children's heart is that you were egaer to go be with their mother Delia (super fisty and strong character but such an awesome soul just as well). Joe Joe, you were such a great co-worker and a better man at that! I loved seeing you at HEB bcuz I imagined you as one of my uncles and your character stole my heart from the start. This loss hurts just as it hurts a lil extra when such good people go too early. To his children, continue your lives as both your parents did and never let any obstacles hold you back! Fight with your mother's strength and love unconditionally like I'm sure your father did! Keep the millions of memories alive and you'll see that their souls will unexpectedly be right by you all! You all have gain some great angels up there and rest a sure Momma and Pappa wanna see you all grow old and succeed at everything you do! Lastly, THANK YOU for lending us a big part of your wonderful world! Joe & Delia must be beaming of joy...I can so see it like everytime I was greeted by them!
