Emilia C. Gonzales

Emilia is survived by her son Serafin Gonzales (Alexandra); her son Benjamin Gonzales (Jackie); and her son Basilio Gonzales (Evelyn); her father Porfirio Cornejo; her life-long partner Ruben Barco, her grandson Derrick Gonzales, her grandson Dominick Gonzales, her granddaughter Benielle Gonzales, her grandson Eros Gonzales and her granddaughter Amra Gonzales.

Emilia was preceded in death by her husband Benjamin Gonzales; her mother Jesusa Cornejo.

A visitation for Emilia will be held Sunday, September 19, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a rosary at 7:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland, Weslaco, Texas 78596. A funeral mass will occur Monday, September 20, 2021 at 2:00 PM at St Theresa Catholic Church, 200 Salazar St, Edcouch, TX 78538, followed by an interment at 3:00 PM at Highland Memorial Park, Weslaco, Texas 78596.
