David Wayne Chadwick, 47, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2010 in his residence.
He was born in Jennings and lived in the Lacassine area. He worked as a welding inspector for Howell Industries. He loved motorcycle riding and he loved his dog, Chlotile “Chloe” Chadwick.
Survivors include his father, Billy Chadwick of Lacassine, LA; daughter, Tabitha Chadwick of Welsh, LA; brothers, Bradley Chadwick of Lacassine, LA, Kenneth Chadwick of Anderson, TX, Billy Chadwick Jr. of Houston, TX; sister, Mable Strong of the state of New Jersey.
His funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 13, 2010 at Hixson Funeral Home of Welsh. Rev. Roland Vaughn will officiate. Burial will be in Broussard Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday 9 a.m. til time of service.
