born in Preston, Idaho on March 14th, 1948, to Otis and Betty Buck.
In December of 1965 he joined the United States Navy and was sent to Vietnam. He was part of the RAT Sailors (River Assault Team) and Honorably Discharged in October of 1968 as an E4 with a Bronze Star.
After returning home he worked in a Lead position in the family asphalt business. He received his Associates Degree in Business Management at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California, He also went into Real Estate for a short time, and finally found his place in the work force when he started driving trucks. He drove all over the United States for 30+ years.
He loved all animals, especially his Huskies. He loved fishing, hunting, reading and traveling, and a good cigar.
He is preceded in death by his infant son, Bill Everett Buck, Father-In-Law Arthur W. Emery, Sr, Brother-In-Law Jeffrey A. Stark and Sister-In-Law Donna G. Emery
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie J. Buck and Son, Matthew J. Ward
