Sylvia Walls, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on July 19, 2024, at home. Born on June 9, 1951, to Louis Alfonso Gamboa and Evangelina Marroquin. She graduated from JW Nixon High School in 1970 and went on to own Jerry’s Glass Service alongside her husband, Jerry Walls, for 22 years.
She had a deep love for boating, food, and margaritas, and was always there to cheer on everyone in her life. But above all, her grandchildren were her greatest joy. She will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Jerry Walls; daughter, Monique Mahler; stepson Keith Walls; and grandchildren, McKenzie Walls, Elliot Mahler, and Oliver Mahler.
A funeral service will be held on July 28, 2024, at 10 am at Forest Park East in Webster, Texas. Donations can be made in Sylvia’s name to the Glioblastoma Foundation instead of flowers.
