It's always hard to say goodbye. I only knew you for a year, but it hurts like I've known you all my life. It was an honor and a pleasure to have met and worked with you Sam. May you RIP my friend, and may God bless your mother and keep her strong in her time of sorrow..

As the oldest in the youth group, I never had a chance to really hang out with and get to know Sammy. We used to pick him up for church, and from there I get most of my memories of him. I can only hope his salvation was genuine, then I have the blessing of knowing Ill see him again. You will be missed greatly, Sammy.

Sammy was one of the best people I knew and was one of my best friends. I will always remember the light he brought into my life and the smiles he brought to peoples faces while in the same room.
