Richard Allen Leggett

Richard was married to his devoted sweetheart, Becky Leggett for 41 years. He proudly worked for the Texas Air National Guard 147 FIG for 18 years. He was a member of the Right Steps Program at Sagemont Church and the Ace in the Hole Club. In his free time, Richard enjoyed hunting and fishing. Above everything, Richard loved Christ and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents William Arthur Leggett and Martha Cecelia Leggett and brother James Arthur Leggett.

Left to cherish Richard’s memory are his loving wife Becky Leggett, daughter Angela Leggett, sons Shawn McCracken and wife Barbara and William Shannon Moore, sister Judy Miller, and brother Kenneth Leggett and wife Ann. He also leaves behind grandsons Ayden and Liam McCracken along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Serving, as pallbearers are Paul Miller, Jim Cahoon, Neal Laskoskie, Eddie Mata, Eric Browder, and Chuck Jennings.

The family would like to send a special thank you to all the Memorial Hermann staff, nurses, and doctors for their kindness, compassion, and dedicated care given to Richard.
