Noel Ochoa

Noel Ochoa, 24, of Seabrook Texas, passed away on August 18, 2024. He was born in Houston on December 21,1999, to Brandon Todd Leutwyler and Marissa Ochoa Ashbaugh. He grew up in the Seabrook area with his siblings Holden Le, Ethan Le, and Asher Ashbaugh. He graduated from Clear Creek High School.

He loved melodic rock music and lived somewhat rebelliously. But Noel was very caring and always put others first, even though he did things his way. He loved his dog Shelby, and he loved his friends and family most of all. He lived frugal, but that didn't stop him from giving to friends and family. And that will be missed most of all.

He left behind a massive family who loved him; his Lela Julia Ochoa, his Popo Isreal Hernandez, his step-dad Aaron Ashbaugh, his aunts, uncles, many cousins and friends.
