Nancy Elizabeth LeBlanc of Alvin, Tx. passed away at the age of 67at Memorial Hermann Southeast on March 11, 2013 due to complications arising from Mantel Cell Lymphoma with her son Ricky and daughter Michelle by her side.
Nancy was born on May 23, 1945 in Beaumont, Texas to Andrew and Ruby LeBlanc. She was raised with her younger brother Michael Glenn in Port Neches. She attended PN-G High School where she was a proud member of the Fighting Indian Band. She attended Lamar Tech College until she got married. She married Louis Richard LeBlanc of Groves, Tx. and they moved to Klameth Falls, Oregan where they began their family. They moved back to Texas when Louis got out of the
service and relocated to League City. When her kids went to school she went to work at Clear Creek High School as a secretary where she remained for 29 years. She was a devoted Mother, employee, coach and cheerleader to her kids and all the kids in the neighborhood. She had many loyal friends at Clear Creek and will always be a Wildcat.
Nancy is survived by her loving husband Louis LeBlanc of Alvin, her children Louis LeBlanc Jr (Ricky) and wife Barbara of Alvin, Michelle Peltier and husband Bryan of Alvin and Michael A. LeBlanc and wife Kristy. Grandchildren Shaelin, Kayla and Wesley LeBlanc, Bryan (BJ) and Lyssa Peltier and Michael LeBlanc. Great-grand-daughter Camdyn LeBlanc. Mother-in-law Lydia LeBlanc, Sister-in-law Donna and her husband Buggar Minter. Nieces and nephews Todd and Tammy Minter, Kimberly LeBlanc and Charolette Barnett. Many cousins, family members and dear friends.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents Ruby and Andrew LeBlanc, brother Michael Glenn LeBlanc and Father-in-law Otis LeBlanc.
Services will be arranged by Forest Park East Funeral Home. Visitation Thursday March 14, 2013 5:00 - 8:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm at Forest Park East, 21620 Gulf Frwy, Webster, Tx. 77598. Funeral Mass Friday March 15, 2013 at 10:30am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 1612 E. Walker, League City, Tx. 77573 with a graveside burial following at Forest Park East.
