Milagros Luga Roscom passed away on Monday July 15, 2013. Mila was born on July 2, 1934 in Davao City, Philippines to Quirico Luga and Alberta Villareal.
Mila is survived by her husband of 60 years, Daniel D. Roscom Sr., 7 children, 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A visitation is scheduled for Friday July 19, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 1:30 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home and Cemetery in Webster TX. Traditional Catholic Services will begin at 2:00 p.m. with burial immediately following.
