Kay Rackley

Mr. K. Rackley, nick name “Mister K”, resident of Edna, TX, born on September 9, 1935 to Beulah Mary Hampton and George T. Rackley. He passed away February 13, 2012 after a short battle of Leukemia.He was a graduate from Reagan High School and retired from the South TX. Nuclear Plant as an Electriacian. He was a member of Masonic Lodge, Easter Star and was a Shriner Methodist/Baptist faith; member of First Baptist Church in Edna, TX.

Mister K was preceded in death by his parents, twin sister May Rackley Trapp and his brother Walter Rackley.

He is survived by his wife Margie Tucker Rackley, whom he married in October 22, 1954, daughters; Cathy Rackley Todd and husband William of Deer Park, TX., Paula Rackley Rytter and husband Jeff of Spring, TX., Lauren Rackley Flake and husband Ronald of Edna, TX., and Carla Rackley of Edna, TX., sister Jody Steven and husband Al of Tyler, TX., and brother Derwood Hampton. Along with 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 17, 2012 from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 3pm, followed by Interment at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway Webster, TX. 77598.
