In his early years, he developed a love for the Boy Scouts of America and worked his way up to an Eagle Scout. That started a future in being a “Jack of all trades!” Frank was a handyman and loved woodworking. He also gardened and served many positions at Clear Lake Church of the Nazarene. Frank loved taking a ride on his Honda Goldwing, grilling, and spending time with his family. But what he loved the most were his 6 grandchildren; they were his world!
He started working as a machinist for Hughes Tool and ended his career with Puffer-Sweiven. He enjoyed his work and his coworkers, always helping them strive to do their best work.
He was preceded in death by his parents Wesley and Ruby Hill.
Frank is survived by wife of 45 years, Katrena Hill; son Jason Hill and his wife Angela; daughters Cheryl Stringer and her husband Dan and Kristina Mosley and her husband Randy; grandchildren Georgia, Wyatt, Nolan, Rubie Emmaline, Gavyn, and Charlotte; brothers Larry Hill and his wife Debra and Roy Hill; nieces Jenny Weeks and her husband Scott and Laura Swann and her husband Joe; nephews Royce Wolfe and his wife Mandi and Ryan Wolfe and his wife Tracy; along with numerous extended family and special close friends.
A visitation will be held at Clear Lake Church of the Nazarene, located at 14310 Galveston Road in Webster from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm with the service starting at 12:00 pm and a luncheon to follow.
