Frank Payne Jr.

They moved to Orange, Texas where he was raised and attended M.B. North High School. His class of 1968 was the first one to attend Stark High School, which was a segregated school.

Frank gave his life to the Lord at a early age and was baptized at Bethel Baptist Church in Houston, Texas.

He graduated from Barber School and he worked for Be-Down Barber Shop for several years. Frank eventually went to work at Hoechst Celanese Corporation for over 30 years.

God called him home on Nov. 17, 2013 at his residence.

He was preceded in death along with his parents.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years Fayetta Payne (Houston, TX) one daughter Dominique Roshell Coleman (Lowell) (Baytown, Tx) and one son Frank Payne III (Michelle) (Pasadena, Tx.) Four brothers Ricky Payne, Gary Payne, Gregory Payne of Los Angeles, Ernest Ray Payne of Houston, Tx. Four sisters Mary Rigby of Mauriceville, Tx. Florence Williams, Laura Ann Brumley and Tanya Salone all of Los Angeles. Frank has a total of 9 grandchildren. Frank will also be greatly missed by his extended family and friends.
