Evelyn Friedman Guss

Evelyn Friedman Guss, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend to all, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2024. She was able to be reunited with her loving husband, Stephen, whom she missed deeply.

To know Evelyn was to know kindness. She never met a stranger, and her open heart and gentle spirit made everyone feel at home. She had a unique way of finding common ground with anyone, whether they were friends or meeting her for the first time. Above all, she cherished her family. Her children, Stewart and Elizabeth, and her grandchildren, Sydney, Iain, Jordan and Adrienne were her pride and joy, and her love for them was boundless. She shared with them her laughter, her wisdom, and an endless supply of love, and her legacy will continue to live on in their hearts.

Evelyn will be remembered for her kindness, her laughter, and her boundless love. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion and joy, and she will be missed deeply by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

A service to honor her memory will be held on November 19 at 11:00 am at Forest Park East Funeral Home in Webster, TX.
