Esther Zamora, 86, of Houston, Texas, passed away on July 12, 2017. She was born in Mexico on January 23, 1931. She was a professional hairdresser for Esther's Beauty Salon and was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Esther had a passion for the Lord, her family and gardening.
She was preceded in death by her mother Juanita Rodriguez, her daughter Janie Orlando and her granddaughter Teri Orlando.
She is survived by her daughter Sandy Crowder and son-in-law Charlie Crowder; her son Edward Zamora and daughter-in-law Karen Zamora; her brother Alfonso Rodriguez; 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with a Celebration of Life to follow immediately at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway Webster, Texas 77598. Interment to follow in Forest Park East Cemetery.
