Diane Harrison

Our beloved Mother and Wife, Laura “Diane” Harrison departed us peacefully on June 15, 2015 at the age of 62, surrounded by family and friends. Diane was born on October 17, 1952 in Warren, Arkansas. Born to the late, Ray Owen and Janie Jo Jackson of Pasadena, Texas. She graduated from Pasadena High School. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Jimmy “Jim” Harrison, children Stephanie Warrick of La Porte, TX and Shelly (Dustin) Long of Seabrook, TX; four grandchildren Kyler, Baylie, Kynsey and Kayden and one great granddaughter Nicole; a sister, Debbie (Allen) Fancher of Dickinson, TX; and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind numerous loving relatives and friends. Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Ray Owen and Janie Jo Jackson and two brothers Doug and Eddie. Diane definitely LOVED to spoil her four grandchildren, Kyler, Baylie, Kynsey and Kayden. Diane also enjoyed spending time with her 2 daughters, Stephanie and Shelly, she was not only their Mom but she was their best friend. Diane loved to travel and ride motorcycles with her husband Jim and their friends. She had MANY “adopted” children and grandchildren. She treated every one of them as they were her own and she never met a stranger. She was an awesome cook and known for it! When she cooked We called it a “Love Dinner” because We knew she put lots of “love” into it so that would be yummy. Diane will be truly and deeply missed by many. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 18, 2015 from 6-8p.m.
