Debbie Powers McKinney

She is survived by her loving husband of over 16 years, Phil McKinney. She is also survived by her children, son Stephen Powers and his wife Mayra, and

daughter Samantha Powers Thomas and her husband Cory. Step-daughters Brandie McKinney Kennedy and her husband Troy, Wendy McKinney Sullivan and her husband Tra, Kelly McKinney, and Katie McKinney. She was a proud Grandma to 14 grandchildren, Haley, Hunter, Parker, Macey, Tayelor, Addison, David, Alex, Preston, Berkeley, Zoey, Connor, Pierson, and Cady, and 1 great grandson, Xander. She is also survived by her sister, Dee Jordan and sisters-in-law, Phyllis Deluke, Libby Johnson, Joyce Hiett, and Connie Powers, and countless nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her first loving husband, Dave Powers, her brother David Kneppler, and her parents, John and Patricia Kneppler.

Debbie was a hard-working woman who cherished her 25 plus years with the Harris County Appraisal District, and she truly regarded her co-workers as

family.

Services will be held at Forest Park East Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Frwy. Webster, TX 77598. Visitation will be Monday, Sept. 22 from 5-8pm and the funeral will be Tuesday Sept. 23 at 10am.
