Antolina Rodriguez

Born on September 02, 1922 in Waelder TX to Domingo and Stanislad Munoz. She is preceded in death by her husband Alejos R. Rodriguez, sister Ricarda Serverda, brothers Ambrosio and Domingo Munoz Jr and daughters-n- law; Maria DeJesus and Delmira Rodriguez.

Antolina lived her life as a homemaker. She was a strong willed woman and always managed to get through difficult times for her family. She enjoyed her sewing and quilting till the very end and enjoyed celebrating her birthday every year. Antolina was a member of Iglesia Bautista de Salvador Church.

Antolina is survived by five sons; Manuel Rodriguez of Dickinson, Cristobal Rodriguez and wife Beatrice of Houston, Blas Rodriguez of Dickinson, Alejos Rodriguez of Santa Fe, and Miguel Rodriguez and wife Elizabeth of Dickinson. Four daughters; Antolina Vega and husband Juan Emilio of League City, Delia Ramos and husband Ricardo of Texas City, Gloria Samora and husband Lucio of Bacliff and Martha Cardova and husband Arturo of Dickinson. 47 grandchildren, 127 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren. Four sisters; Maximina Torres, Julie Estrada, Angelita Ybarra, Catalina Torres and husband Juan. Three brothers; Cleafas Munoz, Conrado Munoz and wife Carmen, and Ffaustino Munoz and wife Irene. Brother–in-law Lorenzo Rodriguez and sisters-n-law, Lola Rodriguez and Mary Zavala and husband Leo including numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Pallbearers are Miguel Rodriguez, Ramiro Hernandez, Ricardo Ramos Jr., Michael Chavez, Raymond Rodriguez, Alejos F Rodriguez III, Samuel Samora, Jose Ramos, Victor Rodriguez, Ricky Salazar, Marcus Salazar

Visitation will be held from 3:00-5:00 on Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Forest Park East Funeral Home with a Special Service from 3:30 – 4:30. Funeral services will be at 12:30 on Monday, February 13, 2012 with Brother Pierre Garrett officiating. Interment will follow the services at Forest Park East Cemetery in Webster, Texas.
