In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Cannon; sisters, Mae Hawkins, Alta Boyce, and Una Crawford; son, Thomas McLeod; daughters, Shirley Inge and Karen McMahan; and a grandson, John Mills, Jr.
Ruth is survived by her grandchildren, Connie Morris, Kelly Teel, and Marcus Dyess; great-grandchildren, Dannielle, Sarah, Paige, and Lynda: two nephews, W.C. “Buddy” Bartles and Mickey Watson; and three nieces, Cathey Pardue, Pam Johnston, and Pat Banks.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00am on Monday, January 29, at Garrett-Hillcrest Memorial Park.
