Peggy Ann Davis

Waynesville-Peggy Ann Davis, 81 passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2018. Peggy was born in Haywood County on August 27, 1937, to the late Newton H. and Ethel Jordan Davis. She enjoyed reading, going to flea markets and most of all spending time with her family. Peggy was a lifelong member of Grandview Baptist Church, which was a very important part of her life.

In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her brothers, Eugene and Frank H. Davis.

Peggy is survived by her brother, Guy Davis and his wife, Jessie; nephews, Jeff and Leonard Davis; niece, Patsy Morgan; and numerous great-nephews and great-nieces.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 29, at Grandview Baptist Church with the Reverend Barry Willet officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Friday, December 28, at Garrett Funerals and Cremations and at other times at the residence of Patsy Davis Morgan.
