1928 – 2017 Pauline “Polly” Boring Troutman, 88, of Waynesville, passed away January 4, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Haywood County on December 28, 1928 to the late George Alexander and Martha Neoma Potter Boring. Polly was a Registered nurse for many years with Dr. Roberson and later Dr. George Brown until her retirement. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Troutman, Sr.; son, William Troutman, Jr.; brothers, Edgar Boring, Bogle Boring, Harold Boring; and Dennis Boring; sister, Neoma Noaker; and half-brother, James Boring. Left to cherish her memory is her granddaughter, LuAnn Hughes; great grandchildren, Samantha Mann and Emylie Pearson; great great grandchildren, Kaydence Rhodarmer and Jordin Mann. Funeral services for Polly will be held at 2 PM on Friday, January 6, 2017 at North Hazelwood Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Friday from 1 to 2 PM at the Church.
