Mary Blanche Parks Davis 1944 – 2016 Mary Blanche Parks Davis, 72, of Waynesville, passed away Friday, November 25, 2016. She was born on February 23, 1944 to late C.Y. and Wilena Chambers Parks. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Shiela Davis. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Gilbert Davis, Jr.; Children, Iris K. Gibson, Jerome Davis, and Kris Davis; sister, Sandra Hyder; brother, Harold Parks; ten grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Garrett Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 from 6 to 8 PM at Garrett Funeral Home.
